Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BracesWatchDog will be resolved through the following process:

1. Good faith discussion between the parties
2. Mediation if discussion does not resolve the matter
3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails

You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of BracesWatchDog following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. AI Analysis Limitations

• AI is trained on historical pricing data and may not reflect current market conditions
• AI analysis is not 100% accurate and may contain errors or misinterpretations
• Red flags are based on statistical patterns, not clinical evaluation of your case
• Your orthodontist may have valid reasons for pricing that differ from our analysis
• Pricing variations may be justified by factors we cannot assess (provider experience, location, specific techniques, materials, etc.)
• We cannot determine whether treatment is medically necessary or appropriate for your situation
• Always verify our findings with your orthodontist before making treatment decisions

13. Data Source & Accuracy

Our regional pricing analysis is based on publicly available pricing data from orthodontic providers, user-submitted quote information (anonymized), and historical pricing trends. However:

• We cannot account for all factors affecting orthodontic pricing
• Pricing may vary significantly based on provider expertise, location, and treatment approach
• Our database may not include all orthodontists in your area
• Market conditions change and our data may lag current pricing
• Data is updated periodically but may not be current
