BracesWatchDog provides an instant, AI-generated educational analysis delivered immediately upon payment. Because the digital product is consumed at the moment of delivery, all sales are final — except in the narrow circumstances described below.

No-Refund Policy for Digital Deliverables

The $19 AI Educational Analysis fee is non-refundable once automated processing begins. Processing begins within seconds of payment confirmation. This policy is consistent with industry standards for instant-delivery digital products, including AI-generated reports, digital downloads, and on-demand software services.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately and that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Exceptions — When a Refund Will Be Issued

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Technical failure preventing report delivery

If our system experiences a verified technical error that prevents your report from being generated or delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. We may also offer a complimentary re-run at no charge.

Duplicate charge

If you are charged more than once for the same analysis due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Unauthorized transaction

If you did not authorize the charge, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund confirmed unauthorized transactions.

What Is Not Refundable

The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Disagreement with the analysis results or conclusions
  • Deciding not to proceed with orthodontic treatment
  • Entering incorrect information on the quote form
  • Not reading the policy before purchasing

This policy is consistent with how comparable digital services handle instant-delivery AI products (e.g., Carfax reports, Turnitin checks, AI writing tools).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

Please include your purchase email address, the date of purchase, your Stripe receipt number (if available), and a brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in suspension of access to your report.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BracesWatchDog does not store your card details.
